Evaluation and design of performance reporting

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of reporting in a selected department in a selected company and then develops a proposal for a new method of reporting in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The analytical part is preceded by an extensive theoretical search, which deals with information management in the organization and the essence of reporting applications.

Web Application for Making Predictions of a Call Centre

The goal of this thesis is to create a web application for creation of call centre predictions. The app should be able to replace current solutions that are in use in the daily operation of Kiwi.com s.r.o. The app should be more intuitive and easier to use and maintain than Verint or the spreadsheet solution of doing predictions. It should also have enough options for creation of tactical forecasts that allow the company to react on upcoming situations and should help set realistic expectations for the management of our customer centre.

Business Process Analysis

The goal of this thesis is to design a method of business process analysis, with the focus on process optimalization by using Predictive Maintenance, creation of a suitable prototype for this method and evaluation of practical applicability. The basis of this thesis is the research of study group led by Prof.dr.ir. W.M.P. van der Aalst revolving around process mining and tools for his examination. The same study group also created the program ProM used in this thesis.

Software Support of the Receiving Process in the Manufacturing Company

This master´s thesis will focus on the design of a system solution leading to the improvement of internal processes in a manufacturing company. The work will analyze the current state and evaluate the weaknesses of the process. The output will be an electronic data interchange (EDI) proposal, including pre-shipment notifications (ASN). The last part of the work will be economic evaluation and benefits for the company.
